Try to drink mainly water or cut your other drinks with water to cut back. Unsweetened fruit juices cut with water tastes great and is one of my favorites. Most people when trying to diet forget to look at how many calories they are consuming from what they are drinking. Even an 8 ounce glass of orange juice can have over 100 calories.
